KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Learning & Talent Technology Solutions to join our Talent & Culture team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise HR / L&D technology with a near-term focus on LMS migration and AI-enabled learning workflows;
• Advise on process, architecture, and implementation strategy;
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent & Culture, Digital Nexus / IT, business stakeholders) to scope, plan, and deliver large, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end;
• Serve as a strategic bridge between L&D and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa;
• Analyze people and learning data to surface patterns and trends; identify opportunities for automation, machine learning, and GenAI to improve experience, compliance, and outcomes;
• Lead multiple concurrent projects; coordinate onshore / offshore resources and vendors; establish clear timelines, risks, and communications;
• Drive stakeholder management and executive communications in fast-moving, high-visibility environments;
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
