About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal team in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will provide independent legal support across contract reviews, compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct contract reviews and negotiations to support business operations.
• Provide legal operations support across compliance, risk, and regulatory matters.
• Assist with claims and dispute resolution under supervision.
• Deliver ad hoc legal training to business teams.
• Support Senior Legal Counsels and the Legal Director on various legal matters.
• Offer clear, solution-focused legal advice to internal and external stakeholders.
