Finance Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations and provide insights for client businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team operations

Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll

Lead monthly client meetings and provide insights to enhance business performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus

Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred

Experience revamping accounting and finance operational processes
