Compensation
- Base pay range : $105,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr
- This range is provided by OLC (Architecture | Interiors | Aquatics). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Licensed Architect in the U.S. (Florida registration preferred or ability to obtain via reciprocity)8–15 years of architectural experience with a strong portfolio of built workProficiency in Revit (BIM) and collaborative model coordinationProven experience producing and managing complete construction documentsStrong knowledge of building codes, ADA, and permitting processesExpertise in technical detailing, QA / QC, and constructability reviewAbility to lead internal and external coordination meetingsStrong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projectsExcellent verbal, written, and visual communication abilitiesExperience with public sector clients (municipalities, universities, tribal governments) is a plusPassion for architecture that promotes wellness, recreation, and community impactCommitment to excellence, continuous learning, mentorship, and firmwide improvementDedication to community stewardship through environmentally and culturally sustainable design, serving diverse community needs, and making a positive impact.We're Building a Legacy
