Program Coordinators (Supervisor)
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona's Community Based Services program provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in behavioral health, with families and at-risk youth, to be a positive role model and have an impact on our families! Program Coordinators (Supervisor) are responsible for the day-to-day operational functions and overall programming for the Community Based Placement Preservation and Stabilization Programs. Job duties include ensuring all aspects of the programs operate efficiently and in accordance with Devereux's policies and procedures, as well as overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of Community Based Programs. Program Coordinators participate in program quality planning and monitoring as assigned and are responsible for partial caseload as assigned.
Salary Range : $47,736.00 - $52,509.60
Schedule : Monday - Friday 9am-5pm; on-call hours and two (2) weekend days per month required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Services or related field and one (1) year of related experience; OR Associate's Degree and two (2) years of related experience; OR High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years related experience
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory / leadership experience required; one (1) year of Devereux supervisory / leadership experience preferred (internal staff)
