Position Summary :
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical assistance to Leadership of the Harbor Light System.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Manage the schedule and select communications of the Executive Director
- Organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Process and distribute confidential and sensitive documents
- Receive, sort, file, and retrieve forms, correspondence, and documents
- Compile data from client and staff surveys to deliver outcomes
- Perform various clerical duties using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Assist in the coordination and execution of Harbor Light system-wide events
- Compiles and formats analytical and informational reports
- Maintains confidential databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Maintains strict confidence regarding information and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Take minutes at Advisory Council meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience :
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalentFive years of experience in clerical work or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the positionSkills, Knowledge & Abilities :
