Answer inbound phone calls in a timely professional

manner

  • Effectively develop rapport to establish potential client

relationships

  • Timely follow up at Sales Representatives request or
  • customer request

  • Effective and professional communication with customers
  • and Sales Force

  • Professionally and effective solve customer immediate
  • problems

  • Professionally and effectively answer incoming ECommerce Chats from customers
  • Professionally and effectively answer incoming ProKeep
  • Texts from the sales force

    Authority to stop / allow orders within prescribed limits.

  • Authority to enter orders to system.
  • Authority to modify order pricing and quantities.
  • Authorized to access customer account records and
  • provide customer information to customers and sales

    managers.

  • Authority to request / instruct special shipping instructions.
  • Authority to process customer credits for returned goods
  • and billing issue

    Familiarity and skilled in using computer system (which

    is to include : SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and

    the internet)

  • Skilled in product knowledge
