Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
- Supervise and support consolidation entries, eliminations, and subsidiary financial reviews
- Prepare reconciliations, roll-forward schedules, and journal entries for accounts such as leases, debt, and equity
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Contribute to the development of global accounting policies and participate in external reporting system implementations

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred4+ years of relevant accounting experience, including SEC reporting and consolidationsInterpret and apply GAAP and SEC standards, including technical accounting for major corporate eventsPossess experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systemsDemonstrate ability to research and document technical accounting memos and support audit processesREF#51173
