District Manager – Massage Envy (Metairie / Slidell)

Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and oversee business strategies across 3 clinics to ensure alignment with Massage Envy's brand standards and financial goals.

Review and analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.

Recruit, train, and retain high-performing clinic teams

Build strong clinic leaders by providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development plans tailored to individual strengths.

Maintain high standards for clinic operations, including scheduling, payroll management, service flow, and inventory controls.

Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all locations

Foster a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team culture

Qualities :

3+ years of multi-unit leadership (wellness, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)

Strong skills in planning, time management, and team development

High personal integrity, emotional intelligence, and work ethic

Ability to give and receive feedback and hold teams accountable

Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure

Comfortable traveling between locations regularly
