Gould Medical Group is looking for a BE / BC general Optometrist in Modesto, CA.

Gould Medical Group is a growing, approximately 450+ provider multi-specialty group located about two hours east of San Francisco, California. Our communities offer quick access to the bay area as well as other hot spots such as Napa Valley, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe.

Position Details :

• Starting base salary : $170,180
• Two-year salary guarantee
• Sign-on bonus
• Proficient in the medical treatment of eye diseases including glaucoma, diabetes, dry eyes, and macular degeneration
• TPA and glaucoma certified
• No contact lens fittings
• Approximately 25% of visits to include refractions
• Approximately 25% of visits in support of ophthalmology staff including 1 week post cataract surgery follow-ups
• Join three established Ophthalmologists and one Optometrist
• Adult patients only
• Average of 20 patients per day
• Support includes medical assistant and surgery scheduler
• Stable and growing group
• EHR : Epic
