Aftermarket Parts & Service Solutions Consultant role at Viking Engineering and Development.
Base pay range
$80,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr
What you'll own
- Drive sales of parts, upgrade kits, field service, and operator / maintenance training
- Represent Viking at industry trade shows and events to build pipeline and brand presence
- Proactively conduct sales calls and keep opportunities current in the CRM
- Support existing customers and product lines; act as the voice of the customer internally
- Travel to visit current and prospective customers to strengthen relationships
- Build, nurture, and expand long-term customer partnerships
- Hit revenue and margin goals consistently
- Help resolve product-related complaints with urgency and care
- Partner closely with Field Service and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (Equipment Sales), passing qualified leads for new machinery, and work with internal stakeholders to increase sales and market share
What you bring
2+ years in capital equipment sales and / or service; experience in the pallet or wood industry preferredHands-on understanding of mechanical and electrical machine functionsProven experience generating and managing leads through a CRMClear written and verbal communication, strong self-motivation, and solid organizational skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordTools you'll use
Dynamics 360 CRM for lead managementMicrosoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, OutlookTravel
Plan for approximately 50% travel, both domestic and international, for customer visits, business needs, and trade shows / events.
Compensation & Benefits
