Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the government facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance as needed. Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the client. Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and directions as appropriate. Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Professional - Government Patrol Specialist
As a Security Professional - Government Patrol Specialist in Boise, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all visitors and staff. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.
