Position Overview

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading the successful execution of commercial construction projects — managing all aspects of planning, budgeting, coordination, and delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and polished communicator with proven experience managing complex, design-driven projects in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
• Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement processes with precision
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, and cost control measures
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to preserve design intent and construction excellence
• Direct and support field teams to ensure alignment between project goals and site execution
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges through clear communication and teamwork
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and transparency
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently achieved
