- Conduct nursing assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and evaluations in line with ANA's Public Health Nursing Standards.
- Arrange and lead community health clinics and health education classes.
- Support public health core functions, prioritizing services that meet community needs.
- Administer adult and child vaccines, provide STI/HIV testing, manage TB testing, and more.
- Provide Ryan White case management, maternal and child home visitation, lactation counseling, and LT-101 reviews.
- Collaborate with the nurse manager and public health response coordinator on emergency preparedness activities.
Qualifications PREFERENCES/**AGENCY REQUIREMENTS: **Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wyoming.

KNOWLEDGE: - Knowledge of laws, principles, practices, and techniques of professional nursing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing
Experience: 0-2 years of progressive work experience in Nursing with acquired knowledge at the level of an LPN
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wyoming
OREducation & Experience Substitution: 3-5 years of progressive work experience Nursing with acquired knowledge at the level of an LPN

Necessary Special Requirements PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to:
- Lift/transfer patients to different positions.
- Lift medical/patient equipment of varying sizes and weights up to about 50 lbs.
- Restrain clients for treatments, climb stairs to patient homes, and drive long distances.
- Travel throughout the state and to national conferences if requested.
- Work evenings, nights, and /or weekends when the situation requires it.
