About The Position

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a locum tenens opportunity in Vermont. This assignment starts on Dec 1, 2025, spans 102 days, and features a four-day workweek with 9-hour shifts, scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The provider will work in a primary care clinic with an attached express care, supporting a diverse patient population in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide patient care in a primary care clinic and express care setting

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions

Collaborate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Medent EMR system

Participate in ongoing orientation and training as scheduled by the client

Additional Information

Active Vermont license required

Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required

Recent experience in family practice clinic settings preferred

Familiarity with Medent EMR is advantageous
