We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our Individual Retirement Annuity Product organization. This individual will act as a utility player supporting our Product Distribution Support area. This person will support firm / product / feature onboardings (including on FinTech platforms), product rollouts / changes, and coordination of process automation and integration for distribution partners. This Sr. Product Manager will partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and timely onboardings and product changes that support our distribution partner firms, customers, and sales objectives. The Sr. Product Manager will seek opportunities to streamline processes, optimize efficiencies, reduce manual workloads, increase / enhance the client digital experience, and minimize operational risk. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a transformational mindset and technology-leaning approach.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Houston, TX or Woodland Hills, CA office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
