In this role, you will be a key member of the system engineering team working on the features and requirements of modem systems.

Description

• Design and simulate innovative wireless communication features for 4G / 5G / 6G and proprietary air interfaces.
• Collaborate with digital designers and firmware developers to realize control and signal processing algorithms with competitive power / performance

Minimum Qualifications

BS and 3+ years of relevant experience is required.

In-depth knowledge of coding theory, wireless communication systems, communication system theory, and signal processing.

Experience with Matlab, C / C++ and Python for algorithm development and fixed-point design, and modeling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in modem chipset design and bring up.

Familiarity with NR / LTE call flows and key performance indicators.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,500 and $258,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
