About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of ensuring access to abortion care and reproductive health services for all, with a focus on those most affected by systemic inequities. The successful candidate will be a grounded, equity-driven leader with a strong background in operational, fundraising, and people management. This role is pivotal in guiding the organization through a period of stabilization and renewed strategic clarity, deepening operational and financial stability, and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency. The Executive Director will be responsible for maintaining a holistic understanding of the organization's financial position, leading fund development efforts, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. They must be committed to the values of reproductive justice, including the decriminalization of abortion, and be adept at balancing care with accountability.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' of senior-level nonprofit management experience and a graduate degree in a related field is preferred. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in fundraising, a deep understanding of reproductive justice, and a commitment to an intersectional framework that promotes gender, racial, and economic justice. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic and operational leadership, financial stewardship, and governance, and be adept at managing complex projects in dynamic environments.
