Private Investigator License Required

A company is looking for a Background Investigator for a fully remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct desktop-based investigations and document findings

Prepare and dictate detailed investigation reports while adhering to strict deadlines

Attend and testify at hearings as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and contact clients as necessary

Understanding of public records and subscription databases

Private investigator license may be required by residential state

Associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred
