Responsibilities

  • Partner with clinical and business teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Translate business needs into Epic system solutions, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Epic application teams to configure, test, and implement system changes.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic systems (any module).
  • Strong background in data analysis (Excel, SQL, or reporting tools).
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
