As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting customers, and providing excellent communication. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as needed to situations that may arise at the retail location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support as needed to clients, visitors, and / or employees. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to maintain order within the location. Support emergency response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
