Role Description

This is a full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist role located on-site in Cotati, CA. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for performing revenue cycle duties, providing an interface with operations and assisting with process improvement initiatives. The role involves working closely with staff and clients to ensure efficient operations and optimal revenue generation.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in healthcare billing
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with ambulance service operations is a plus
• Education in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus
