Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the Community Collection and RAK initiatives to ensure effective support for applicants

Manage customer service tasks, including responding to emails and awarding prizes

Support data collection, project insights, and improvements to ongoing initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in customer service

Understanding of the company's products and partners

Experience in the fundraising sector is beneficial

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
