About the Role :
The Lead of Technology Training is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that elevate staff technological skills across the organization. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design, technical writing, and technology systems to create engaging and effective learning experiences. This role involves developing training materials for in-person, blended, and online learning, collaborating with department leaders to assess training needs, and implementing best practices in adult learning and technical education.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and deliver engaging, needs-based training on technology systems, including Epic, hardware, and software.
Work with individual departments to develop a tailored training structure.
Partner with department managers to assess staff technology skill levels and identify specific training needs.
Work Schedule
Callen-Lorde is open Monday through Saturday. The schedule will include normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 : 00-5 : 00pm). Occasional evenings may be required. This is a hybrid position and you will be required to come onsite up to 3 days a week.
