(110-115K) JOB NUMBER : SAPBPCINDY REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : Experience : 5–7 years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience.

Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience with SAP BPC, Blackline, or similar financial systems preferred.

Familiarity with financial reporting software.

JOB DESCRIPTION : Job Title : Accounting / Finance Manager Preferred Location : Indianapolis, IN Alternate Location : Lawrenceville, NJ Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounting / Finance Manager to lead financial reporting and accounting functions.

This role oversees general accounting practices, budgeting, internal controls, and consolidation across subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will regularly interact with senior management, non-finance colleagues, and Lottery personnel.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.

Prepare general ledger entries, financial statements, and year-end audit schedules.

Perform monthly variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior years.

Consolidate financial results of multiple subsidiary companies.

Collaborate with finance department managers to achieve company-wide goals.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Develop and maintain internal control processes to ensure SOX compliance.

Build and maintain financial business models for timely and accurate reporting.

Respond to inquiries from senior management, headquarters, and Lottery officials.

Partner with corporate departments to ensure proper accounting treatment.

Assist Director of Finance / VP Finance with year-end audit and special projects.

Provide training to staff and educate non-finance managers on financial topics.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance (Master's degree or CPA preferred).

Leadership : Proven ability to lead and develop staff (this role has 1 direct report).

Other Skills : Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis expertise.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
