Elite Stylist

Overview

We are seeking an Elite Stylist at Ulta Beauty. This role focuses on engaging with guests, consulting on hair care needs, and recommending products and services to deliver a complete guest experience. The Elite Stylist supports the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) and emphasizes performance, guest service, and process compliance. A passion for the beauty industry and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge are required.

General Summary & Scope

The Elite Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look. Duties include hair services, product recommendations, in-store events support, and staying informed about industry trends and product benefits.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed a weekly sales goal of $1,900 in average hair service sales and productivity goals; contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and shrink as defined by Ulta Beauty.
• Demonstrate products to guests to drive sales and enhance the guest service experience.
• Support the execution of in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Stay informed about new and existing industry trends, products, and services; be knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional pay pursuant to the Company's Services Compensation Plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, location, and business needs. Eligible associates may earn overtime and tips as required by law. Full-time positions include paid time off and health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
