Luverne Counseling, located in Luverne MN, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pre-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a pre-licensed professional, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of a Board-approved Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to gain valuable clinical experience and training in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual to clients with mental health concerns
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions
• Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines as set forth by the counseling profession

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to ongoing professional development
