As a Critical Care Neuro Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care within the Registered Nurse Practice Act. You will engage in therapeutic communication, establish a safe environment, and develop individualized care plans working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Your role will include :

Providing high-quality patient care while addressing individual needs.

Responding quickly to requests for information from physicians and staff.

Assisting in performance improvement activities to enhance care delivery.

Leading nursing staff as needed and ensuring quality care delivery.

Qualifications :

Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of starting.

Trauma Nursing Core Course certification needed within 60 months.

Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
