Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead our dynamic team in our Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in restaurant operations, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As the General Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high customer satisfaction. Your leadership will set the tone for a positive and professional culture that reflects our brand values in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer retention
• Represent the brand in the Atlanta, GA community through local engagement and events
