DAILY WORK :

This general manager role works a consistent schedule of Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM .

As our Restoration Services GM, you lead the charge in building a high-performing, mission-minded team that thrives on accountability and excellence. Your day-to-day will include :

• Kicking off each day by rallying and motivating your team
• Creating a positive, collaborative work environment
• Overseeing day-to-day plumbing operations and service calls
• Providing hands-on support and mentorship to field staff
• Streamlining workflows and implementing efficient systems
• Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Helping lead the expansion into HVAC and electrical operations
• Solving problems in real time and supporting long-term company goals
