Knowledge Content Analyst II at Accolade, Inc. (Transcarent and Accolade collaboration)
Role focuses on sourcing, analyzing, and maintaining quality customer and partner content to support members and self-service in Accolade applications. Primary focus areas include Customers and Vendor Partners, Carriers and TPAs, and / or PBMs. Build positive working relationships and contribute to integration materials, ongoing maintenance processes, and cross-functional content expertise.
Role Details
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more content focus areas (Customers and Vendor Partners; Carriers and TPAs; PBMs).
- Deliver a best-in-class knowledge content experience by establishing relationships with customers / partners and internal stakeholders.
- Lead discussions on an integrated delivery model between Accolade and customers / partners; define integration details, artifacts, and processes.
- Act as a cross-functional liaison to ensure internal teams have information needed to provide high-quality service.
- Complete and deliver implementation artifacts on time with high quality for new customer launches, expansions, and renewals.
- Identify and resolve content gaps; ensure content aligns with Accolade tools and style guides.
- Provide regular status reports and raise risks as needed.
- Manage, build, review, or maintain internal and customer-facing content for new implementations ongoingly.
- Triage, respond to, and resolve content tickets (CFQs) promptly.
- Collaborate with development teams on content and validation applications.
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives; support scoping of work and development / execution of deliverables with senior team members.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives as required.
What We Are Looking For
Equivalent of a bachelor's degree and / or 3-5+ years progressive experience in a related industry (PBM experience required for PBM-focused roles).Strong knowledge of the health care industry, benefit content, practices, and processing; ability to explain health plan and benefit documentation.Experience in healthcare content / knowledge management; ability to simplify industry jargon and complex benefits.Experience with Quality Assurance processes and content / document management tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and across functions at multiple levels.Strong technical aptitude with MS Office and ability to learn new tools as needed.Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, inquisitive, with good problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills.Proven ability to contribute quickly and effectively.Salary & Benefits
The Salary Range For This Role Is $60,300 - $90,500 Annually
Total Rewards Individual compensation packages are based on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity. Salary is one component of Transcarent's total package. Eligible for corporate bonus or sales incentive where applicable, plus stock options.
