We are hiring a Human Resources Manager for our People and Culture Team. This impactful and collaborative position provides support in Human Resources to enhance the support for our Haller team and its culture.
What You Will Do :
- Develop, implement, and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business goals and comply with all employment laws.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support employee development through training programs and performance appraisal systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems.

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.SHRM Certification is a plus!Recognition of the importance of details so the entire team is working together to provide the best support and resources to Haller employees.The innate ability to prioritize and multitask each day.Proficiency working on a computer and in Microsoft Offices, with advanced knowledge in Excel.Excellent communication skills; written and verbal, and strong people skills.Experience in Plumbing, Electrical, or HVAC is beneficial but not required.As part of our standard hiring process, any candidate that is made an offer of employment must have a background check, physical evaluation, drug screening and motor vehicle record performed.
