Job descriptionPosition : RN – Acute Care, Cardiac Telemetry unit Location : WellStar Paulding Hospital, Hiram, GA Schedule : Part-time, 12-hour day shifts (7 AM–7 PM) Unit : 28 beds, caring for patients with heart (cardiac), kidney (renal), and monitoring needs (telemetry). Bonus : Sign-on bonus available Environment : Magnet-designated hospital (high nursing standards), supportive leadership, mentoring opportunities Patient Care : Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient needs using evidence-based practice. Patient-Centered Approach : Partner with patients and families, keep them updated, provide education. Teamwork : Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure safe, quality care. Professional Development : Continue clinical learning, complete required training, mentor or precept newer nurses / staff. Evidence-Based Practice : Use current best practices in nursing care, contribute to research and quality improvement. Efficiency : Manage resources wisely, support safe discharge planning, and help reduce readmission rates.
