Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive care including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and overseeing treatment plans. Ensure patient safety and comfort by adhering to best practices and safety protocols. Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to relevant healthcare professionals. Engage with clients to promote physical and emotional wellness. Assist with activities of daily living as needed. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all state and federal regulations. Qualifications : Valid RN or LPN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification. Experience in home healthcare or private duty nursing is preferred. Strong clinical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable. Working Conditions : Overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am. Work performed in a home setting, requiring adaptability to different environments. May require lifting or assisting mobility-impaired clients.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized, high-quality care in a private duty setting. This position involves working 12-hour overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am, delivering healthcare services in the comfort of a client’s home. Trach and J tube experience required. Short term as patient is on hospice services.
