Job description

LBA Logistics & LBA Properties (“LBA”) is a full-service real estate investment and management company headquartered in Irvine, CA.  LBA has a national industrial portfolio in all the major markets throughout the U.S. as well as a diverse office portfolio on the West Coast.

LBA is a privately held company founded in 1991 with approximately 250 employees.  LBA operates several closed-end real estate investment funds.  About the role ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business, and contact the appropriate staff member.
  • Represent the company in a professional, courteous manner at all times.
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls.
  • Post, prepare, sort and deliver daily mail for staff.
  • Maintain responsibility for the overall appearance of the office, conference room, and storage room and kitchen area.
  • Maintain and order supplies for copy machine, computer / printer and miscellaneous supplies as needed.

PROPERTY

  • Manage service requests through Angus as the first point of contact.
  • Dispatch calls to appropriate Building personnel and work with engineers and vendors to follow-up.
  • Assist Assistant Property Manager with maintaining audit files.
  • Coordinate construction activities (i.e. schedule freight, weekend / after-hours access, security, special access).
  • Maintain contact database and emergency contact list.
  • Oversee off site document storage.
  • Provide support to regional team as needed.
  • Ensure tenant and vendor insurance compliance.
  • Create a monthly eNewsletter.
  • Assist with event planning and employee acknowledgments.
  • What we are looking for in a candidate

  • High school diploma required.
  • Four year degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years in corporate, professional setting preferred.
  • Must have a pleasant and clear voice.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and handle interruptions calmly and politely.
  • Experience in commercial real estate preferred.
  • Must be proficient with word processing & spreadsheet software (Word and Excel).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Team player.
  • Most important is a great attitude.   Compensation Range The anticipated hourly range for this position is $54,000-58,000 per year.
  • Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, other job-related skills and qualifications as permitted by law.

    This position offers a great potential for upward mobility.

    Full time employees may be eligible for benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k matching program, Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, Voluntary Life and AD&D, Flexible Spending Accounts to help offset the cost of dependent care and / or health care expenses, paid holidays and vacation.

    Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus depending on a number of factors, including the employee’s performance and LBA Realty’s performance on an annual basis.
