Job Description

As a Security Professional - Retail Site - Full Time in Kalamazoo, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence throughout a busy retail location. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, interacting with the public, and providing outstanding customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. Guided by our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity, you will play a key part in creating a positive experience for everyone at the site.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
