Account Installation Specialist

A company is looking for an Account Installation Specialist II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Install complex assigned accounts, including account structure development and billing setup

Research and resolve setup issues by analyzing documentation and internal systems

Provide training and support for new hires and cross-train existing associates

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of experience in the insurance industry

Ability to interact effectively with various departments

Experience in database management and tracking information

Ability to manage multiple priorities
