We are looking for dependable individuals to fill Operations Clerk position.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Service Verification - Data Entry
- Make outbound calls to our service providers to verify completion of work
- Enter information into the system
- Maintaining quality relationships with providers that promote consistent service delivery
- General office duties
Experience and Skill :
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environmentExcellent customer service, verbal and written communications skillsAbility to de-escalate and resolve concerns, multitask and work with an attention to detailAbility to perform duties with urgency and deliver quality, accurate and thorough workWillingness to adapt and accept additional work assignments as neededKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)High School Diploma or GED preferredWe Offer :
