Job Summary and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and Program Director the Wound Care RN will perform the duties of patient care. This person is responsible for treatment safety patient care coordination quality management and patient professional and community education. This RN is also responsible for coordinating clinical services and assuring consistent quality care for patients in the program working within the framework of the State Nurse Practice Act and following all Healogics and Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Centers policies and procedures.
