SUMMARY : Provides a full range of school-based behavioral health and therapeutic services to students engaging in The Hub Therapeutic Program to maximize student success, achievement and support the critical link between the home, The Hub program, and the home school. Responsible for providing comprehensive SEL supports and direct services primarily to students within The Hub. The Behavioral Health Provider will provide comprehensive therapeutic support to identified students, engaging in the team to connect The Hub services, community-based services and school programs. This position will lead the implementation of evidence-based SEL, behavioral health, and trauma-informed interventions and services, as well as provide leadership in student treatment plan development and implementation.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING : Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
EXPERIENCE : Experience is preferred but may not be necessary for hiring.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS : Valid driver's license required. Must hold or be able to obtain by start date a license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a School Counselor or School Social Worker license through the Colorado Department of Education.
