Nielsen Ford of Morristown is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Shop Foreman / Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently dispatching work based on technician skill levels, while focusing on profitability, productivity, and exceptional customer service. This role demands strong time management, leadership, and a deep understanding of used vehicle certification and reconditioning processes.
Pay Rate : Up to $100,000 per year
