JOB SUMMARY
The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of Arcmed’s fluid handling product portfolio. This role drives product strategy, conceptualization, and lifecycle management, ensuring that products align with customer needs and business objectives. This role is the bridge between customers, engineering, operations, and sales. The Product Manager gathers and communicates market insight, owns commercialization, and lifecycle management of our products in the marketplace.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute product strategy for Arcmed’s fluid handling components and solutions.Conduct market analysis, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarking to guide product direction.Manage product lifecycle from concept, through launch, and up to end-of-life.Partner with engineering to translate customer requirements into product specifications.Support development of prototypes, validation, and commercialization of new product designs.Participate in stage-gate reviews to ensure alignment with customer, regulatory, and business needs.Act as the subject matter expert for Arcmed’s product lines, engaging directly with customers to provide technical support and gather insights.Partner with sales and marketing to deliver customer demos, presentations, and training.Develop technical and marketing content, including product datasheets, application notes, and case studies.Lead product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.Monitor performance of product lines, adjusting strategy and pricing as needed to meet business objectives.Support revenue growth through new product introductions and expansion of existing product applications.Work closely with sales, operations, engineering, and quality to ensure delivery of reliable, high-quality products.Serve as the voice of the customer internally, prioritizing product improvements and investments.Provide input into manufacturing and supply chain planning to align capacity with demand.Develop forecasts and sales strategies based on input from marketing, sales, and market data.Define product objectives for effective marketing and communications.Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiate Arcmed across primary market segments.Work as directed by manager.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICIATIONS, and TRAININGS
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related commercial role in manufacturing, medical devices, or life sciences industries.Knowledge of fluid handling, instrumentation, or related systems is strongly preferred.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management skills with evidence of driving accountability and managing through influence.Experience soliciting and analyzing Voice of Customer (VOC) data.Strong communication, analytical, and customer engagement skills.Strategic thinking and business acumenStrong collaboration across functions and geographiesResults-oriented and accountable for delivering outcomesAbility to balance short-term execution with long-term product strategyCOMPUTER AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Epicor a plus.Microsoft : Office 365; SharePoint; Teams; Visio; and OneNote preferred.Ability to operate media equipment such as tablets, smartphones, and other electronic equipment.Ability to work with general office equipment.Ability to work with and understand databases a must and the ability to learn technical skills.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
