Seasonal-Flex Warehouse Associate

Join our team this 4th Quarter as a Seasonal-Flex Warehouse Associate! You'll play an important role in picking, packing, and shipping kitchenware orders during our busiest season. No prior experience is requiredwe'll train you on everything you need to know.

This is a flex position : you'll be assigned a home shift and supervisor (either MondayWednesday or ThursdaySunday), but may be asked to pick up additional days as seasonal needs arise.

Shifts :

  • MonWed : 6 : 00 AM until finished
  • ThuSun : 6 : 00 AM until finished

Note : End times vary depending on order volume. Flexibility is keyyou'll go home when the work is done, not at a set hour.

Seasonal requirements :

  • Blackout periods apply throughout the 4th Quarter time-off requests will not be approved during peak weeks.
  • All associates are required to work Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday.
  • The only day we are closed all year is Christmas Day.

    • What You'll Do :

  • Pick items from warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment.
  • Pack products carefully and accurately for our customers.
  • Load and unload shipments as needed.
  • Rotate through different tasks so you can jump in wherever the team needs you.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

    • Physical Demands :

  • Lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
  • Walk and stand on concrete floors for long periods.
  • Climb ladders and reach overhead to pull products.
  • Use basic tools like box cutters and scanners safely.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Reliable attendanceshow up on time and ready to work.
  • Flexibility to stay until orders are complete.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable transportation (our warehouse is in north Springfield, not near a bus line).
  • No prior warehouse experience requiredwe'll train you.
