Arizona Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth and formulate evidence-based diagnoses

Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor treatment effectiveness

Collaborate with therapists and care teams to ensure coordinated treatment and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program

Active, unrestricted Arizona PMHNP license and DEA

Board Certification (PMHNP-BC)

Experience or passion for working with youth and families

Comfort practicing in a telehealth environment
