Position & Client Overview :

A 300-bed hospital located in beautiful Westchester County in Upstate New York is looking for an anatomic pathology manager to oversee their Anatomic Pathology Laboratory. This is a day shift role.

Salary Range : $111,376.98 - 167,066.06

Job Summary :

Responsible for the management of all operations for the Anatomic Pathology labs to ensure quality, timely and efficient operations. Establish procedural systems and controls for regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Supervision over histologists, cytotechnologists, PA’s, laboratory supervisors, grossing, transcription and support staff.

Skill Requirements :

• Managing processes and procedures
• Training and presenting technical information to staff
• QA / QC of the departments
• Fiscal and budgeting responsibilities
