Responsibilities :

  • Perform decontamination, preparation, and sterilization of Central Sterile trays, instruments, and equipment.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently.
  • Accurately input data into the computer system and handle patient charge card batching.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of departmental locations within the facility and maintain effective communication with all departments.
  • Demonstrate expertise in patient supplies and equipment consistently.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a Central Sterile Technician, preferably in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Current Central Supply Certification is mandatory.
  • Must hold a valid BLS (AHA) certificate.

    This is a full-time position with daytime shifts available.     The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $19.25 to $28.92, dependent on factors such as skills, experience, education, and certifications.
