We're looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team, oversee operations, and help take our products to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and eager to grow with the company long-term.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of both front- and back-of-house. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and team efficiency. You'll play a key role in recipe development, inventory control, and ensuring proper labeling and compliance procedures are followed. This is a leadership role with growth potential as we expand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations , including FOH and BOH
• Manage and maintain inventory, including ordering and waste control
• Assist in recipe development and execution to maintain consistency and quality
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance
• Process payroll and ensure labor compliance
• Implement and maintain proper labeling and food safety procedures
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting and reporting
• Support marketing efforts and community involvement
• Foster a team environment and mentor staff toward excellence and advancement

Requirements :

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
