Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a property management company in Deerfield Beach, FL, to find them a AR Specialist. This is a well-established management company that is taking on additional clients and now looking to grow their team.

This position is a temp to perm opportunity because it is a new role for the organization. The client does intend to continue to grow the team permanently. The ideal salary for this role is $23-$25 per hour. The organization also offers full benefits.

Job Summary

• Deposit and post payments received via checks, ACH and lockbox
• Issue payment coupons
• Answer questions from owners, lawyers and vendors
• Phone-based collections prior to issuing demand letters
• Pull daily aging reports in system

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience is required
• Property software experience (such as Tops, Yardi, CINC)
• 100% onsite position
