About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team. You’ll play a key role in guiding families through important decisions and ensuring their wishes are clearly documented. If you're passionate about client service and want to be part of a team that values integrity, empathy, and excellence, we’d love to meet you.
What You Will Do
- Draft estate planning documents like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Support clients during document signings and notarizations
- Stay organized by maintaining case files, deadlines, and key communications
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver top-notch service
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and agencies
- Help ensure everything we do is compliant and accurate
