We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Chambersburg, PA.

What you can expect at your practice :

• Post Acute Care position
• Provides care and facilitates follow-ups / admissions of nursing facility patients
• Opportunity to work at offices in Chambersburg, Fayetteville and Gettysburg
• 27 hour per week part-time position
